Rosy Business (巾幗梟雄)

A woman fights her way to the head of a business empire in an era that does not welcome her. The story mixes family politics with sharp commercial rivalry. I rooted for her even when she was ruthless.

The pacing is steady and the cast is strong. It gets melodramatic in places, but it never loses sight of what the cost of power is. The costumes and sets are polished.

Thirty episodes will carry you through a month of evenings. A good companion to the palace dramas. I finished it faster than I planned.
